Called Brad and his team to move a hot tub I bought from a friend. They were professional, on time and had great communication. When they delivered the tub Brad took the time to go over the chemicals, how to use them as well as the frequency. I needed some other supplies and went to the Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna Store where he got me everything I needed at a great price. I’ll definitely visit the Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna store to see Brad and his team for anything I need in the future.

We bought our first hot tub through Brad and are extremely satisfied. He took time to show us all the features of different models and answered all of our questions competently and honestly. He didn't try to upsell anything. Delivery was easy and installation was professionally and meticulously done. If you're looking for a hot tub, this is the place to go to!

Good Morning. Well its been ten days since we took delivery of our new hottub from Brad and I felt it time to leave a review. Replacing our old tub was not really a priority for us three weeks ago, but nonetheless I was looking for someone to take the old one away. This is where we met Brad. He was the least expensive of the calls I made and came with his crew of great guys promptly on the day and at the time he said he would to remove the old one and was in and out in twenty minutes. This was an impressive start for me. Upon leaving that day he offered that if and when we were ready to replace our old hottub to come and see him at the store and if we decided to buy from him he would deduct the removal cost from the new one purchased. After considerable research over several days and price comparison online (Costco, online spa dealers etc.) and the fact it was really important for us to buy our new one locally we decided to go see Brad. His selection and pricing and of course the reviews we read of others who purchased their new spas from him made that an easy decision for us. Brad and his Crew delivered our new spa last weekend, set it up, ensured we were comfortable with its features and operation and couldn't have made the entire experience for us any easier and more hassle free. The Customer Service and personal touch Brad offers is rare these days really and it is comforting to know that if we were to have any issues moving forward with our new spa he would be there to take care of them for us. I talked with Brad who was very informative and helpful.He’s a hands-on owner who, along with his crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job removing my old hot tub then several days later went to Michigan to pick up another.He completed the job quickly and exactly as scheduled.I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

These guys were great. Called me back immediately and came out the next day. They managed to retro-fit new parts onto my 20 year old hot tub with no problems at all. Brad was amazing from beginning to end the process was easy and the thing we truly appreciated was his level if knowledge and ongoing communication through the entire process. We recently purchased a Finnleo 2-person infrared sauna and it was the absolute BEST purchase. Brad provided excellent customer service. We ordered the sauna on a Tuesday, and had it delivered and installed just two days later. We use it almost every day. We will be back to buy our hot tub from Brad next!
