Have been using John and team here at Chartwell Lynnwood for several seasons both landscaping and snow removal, always attentive , organized , good communication and never have had to call when the snow starts, driveways and walkways are done before we open which is much appreciated!

Last Fall I had a verbal agreement with this company to do our yard The this season. He’s returned oneMessage sounding affirmative and reassured me I was on their schedule and they’d start in March. He never showed up and after repeated calls texts and emails I never heard from them again. They are flakes and should not be in business. Done waste your time even considering this company.

We recently (2019) used Lawnpro Landscapes Ltd. Chilliwack to re-landscape our back yard and are extremely pleased with the final result. We found their quote reasonable and the crew was punctual, professional and very tidy while completing the project. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them if you are considering a project.

When they decide to show up, they do an okay job. In our case, they did some work in our yard and were going to do some landscape design and plantings but after committing to do more and saying they'd come up with a plan for the property they just didn't show up. I called and the person answering the phone was rude. Several calls later they still didn't show. We had to call someone else finally. It seems like our job wasn't interesting or big enough. I wouldn't recommend them.

People are great and the work is done amazing!

The Lawn Pro rep came out and made us feel that they were interested in landscaping our back yard. Admittedly we didn't have the biggest yard and this would be a smaller job for them. The rep promised to get back to us with pricing and a design, but we never received anything after that. He did not return my repeated calls and, when I tracked him down through the receptionist, told me that he had handed our file to his boss, the owner, and I could expect a call that afternoon. I have not received a call from either of them since.
