Went in for training treats but with such an amazing selection I ended up leaving with more than I had planned. Amazing selections on everything from raw food to enrichment toys!

Great store! Every time I walk in the staff immediately greets me and offers to help. I got my first puppy recently and wasn't sure of some items I would need. A staff member took the time to assist me in shopping and was very honest with me. The lady at the cash register herd I had a new puppy and offered me a business card for a dog trainer to help make sure I am prepared. If you want people who will look out for you and your pets best interests, look no further. Also a Canadian business so it's nice to support such a great Canadian brand!

Love it here I come in at least twice a week. Very large variety of pets products as well as friendly staff with the occasional treat for your fluffy friends that may be visiting with you.

After 3 trips of struggling to find a dry food my dog would like, today- trip number 4, one of the associates (a girl with snowflakes on the apples of her cheeks), was able to suggest an alternative that got my guy eating. Each trip, the associates were patient, walking with me down the aisles while I blabbered about my struggle!

When this location first opened the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Now, it's uncomfortable & unwelcoming. The last time I came here was on the 1st of December and it will be the last time I step foot in a rens pets. The lady at cash was extremely dismissive and cold towards me. Wouldn't even listen to what I was politely asking for on top of her attitude. I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated and wouldn't reccomend supporting this business.
