Novair Heat Pumps, Inc.

Installed a heat pump in my newer home in the fall. It works amazing! Heated so well in the winter in the cold temperatures and is working great when I have to have the air conditioning turned on. Any questions I've had the office is always happy to help. Definitely recommend this product and this company!

Recently replaced a different brand heat pump with a Novair one, there is an incredible difference in quality. The process of buying one was smooth and affordable, and I got it installed right away.

Love my heat pumps. I barely touch my oil, only for hot water. Keeps the house cool during the summer.

I recently moved into a new home. The home did not have heat pumps and after knowing from experience how much you save heating your home, I knew I needed to get heat pumps. Not to mention how well they cool in the summer. I decided to go with Novair Heat Pumps. This was an amazing choice. They work great and I can already see that they are of a higher quality than my previous Heat Pumps. Novair Heat Pumps also have a really good warranty. They are smaller than my old ones as well. Overall, I feel really great about getting this product.

I called and left a message but never got a call back. My Novair installer/agent is no longer in business so I called the company about one of my units failing. Looks like I'm left to fend for myself. So think about that before you by a Novair product. If your installer can't be reached for help you are hooped because the company will ignore you, and any company that will do that should be avoided. I wish I hadn't bought them now.

When they came over they seemed like a good company to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone our system only works on ac the last person that came over didn't even know how to work the Thermostat he took felters out and said he would be back.Never came back till we got a call from someone from the company he said he just want to get our system working. He sent tge same person that came over and took the filters.Seems like after they get paied they forget about you and sometimes they'll send someone over just to say someone was thereBEWARE DONT GET COUGHT UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Same as other two reviewers- we were ignored and left to give up on trying to communicate our novair equipment issues with the installer( classic heating and air conditioning). The call centre will take your calls and say someone will reach you, you never hear back. The owner of classic who promises to honor warranty and asks that you call him if you have problems will also ignore your calls, messages or texts until you use a different number and he doesn’t know it’s you which he responds, and once he knows it’s you he shuts down on you. The equipment does not produce heat, the quality of installation( the wiring, piping, the outside equipment) very poor. Our outside unit has lifted on one side and leaked for months, destroyed the house foundation.They will try to intimidate you if you seek Justice.And yes, they are still in business, just hiding under the sun. They do not update their business locationBUYER BE WARE!

I won't recommend novair heat pump. We have reached out to them repeatedly since hurricane fiona just to get the run around. After numerous attempts to fix the problem. We were told that it would cost 300.00 for repair costs and payment upfront. The wind lifted the heat pump out of the Cement that was supposed to support the unit. Buyers beware . I would not recommend them

I upgraded to a new Novair heat pump. Best. Decision. Ever. Whisper quiet, pumps the heat/ac and my power bill is a reflection of the best choice I have made in awhile. I recommend Novair to everyone. The AC in the hot humid summer temps is literally worth it alone, but the rest of the family enjoys the warm heat in the winter as well.
