Teresa Gates is Amazing!!! She takes her time, she is so informative and she knows her stuff. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My preference was to deal with someone in person instead of merely booking over the internet. To my great fortune I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy when I attended the office. Wendy was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, explained information to me from my inquiries and helped put me at ease that I was in good hands. Very kind people buy not very helpful. They gave me the incorrect dates for a trip to a friends wedding where all our dates should of matched. I booked my time off work and my performances only to have been given the wrong dates. They couldn't cancel my trip, so, now im missing two weeks of work when I should of only been missing one. If you book through west Jet or air canada you would get at least miles or credits for a future trip. Would not recommend using flight agents when they're just as likely as you yo make a mistake and are incapable of helping. Furthermore, as the agents told me, its not the agents fault but trip centrals policies. So just dont use trip central. Very disappointed.

I have used Tripcentral for over eight years of travelling to over ten destinations. Wendy is amazing! As is their entire staff I have had the pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend their services to all. The simplicity of booking through them eases all travel worries. 5 stars all the way!!

This was my first time booking a vacation here. Much better to do in person instead of online. I received the best service I have had with a travel agency and the agent Teresa Gates. She's very nice and helpful will use her and this place again providing nothing goes wrong with my vacation in April lol. But I think it will be just fine, can't wait to get to Jamaica, MonMerry Christmas.
