Even though it's extremely far to get to via public transit, they changed my battery and did a pressure test on the spot! I left in under 15 minutes. Their work is warrantied too so if something goes wrong just email them and bring it back. Definitely will be letting my friends know!

Update- this is a late post but been busy. Last year as per below review I would like to say that it was a long process to have received the compensation for the ruined watch. With the help of Ryan Goncalves ( President). He was a true professional in connecting with me and helping me resolve this issue. With months of back and forth communication I was finally able to get a brand new Watch for my dad the exact same one. So I would like to say Thank you Ryan Goncalves for providing an exceptional customer service you had provided me and maintaining constant communication.I would also like to extract my review from before and would recommend services provided though The Time Shop. :)---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I had went through the Bay to get the back closed cause the person at the Bay could not. When we received the watch, we was damaged a Brand new watch my dad did not wear for over a year as it was still in the box and just need to get a new battery. It took almost a month for it to come back. When we went to pick it up we saw a big scratch on the back. We asked the Bay to send it back for repair because the damage was so bad that it could scratch the skin. The 2nd time it came back the front glass was scratched. Someone there does not know how to do there job and if they cant do something don't damaged other peoples property. Its not an inexpensive watch its a very expansive watch that's why we choice to take it to the professionals to fix it. If it was going to be like that I would have sent it straight to the original company. Because repair shops don't compensate you for damages done by there employees. They need better solutions to see what going out rather then just sending things out without inspections.

I brought my Sarb035 in to get an estimate for repair. The seconds hand had fallen off and I wanted to get it fixed. The estimate came back a bit too expensive and I decided not to go through with the repair for now. That is perfectly fine, the estimate I received was legitimate.The issue I have is with their attention to detail. After noticing the seconds hands broke off, I decided to stop the watch from ticking by pulling the crown out to the second position because I feared that floating seconds hand would get caught by the moving minute and hour hand and cause damage. Just common sense to me. When I received the watch back, I didn't think anything of it. To my surprise when I took a closer look at home, whoever examined my watch kept it ticking. Now the seconds hand is bent all out of shape and wedged under the crystal. Also the dial is scratched up too.I know my Sarb035 is not the most expensive watch, but I did really enjoy it. If I were to decide and fix it up in the future (probably not anymore), it is now going to cost much more out of my pocket. It is also discontinued and the price to purchase a new one is much higher that what I bought mine for. If you do have watch you really care about and is something you treasure, please reconsider looking elsewhere to get the repair. I feel this mistake should not of happened.

New Update: After contacting Time Central, Mr. Greg Pak the customer service manager was very helpful and quick. He sent me a Slip to send it back and a week later I received it back fixed.I recommend anyone having any issues ask for Mr. Pak directly. He gets things done Asap.Old:I sent my watch to Time Central with my Casio warranty due to an « Err » sign on my watches Barometer/Thermometer screen. I received it today in the post, with the Barometer/Thermometer not working and still showing error with a piece of proof that the barometer works although it shows « Err ». The packing slip showed that they only replaced the battery although I told them about the Sensor Errors.Time central this isn’t acceptable service please fix this.The case number: 134598* the paper doesn't show the barometer works just the pressure test they did.

What a horrible experience! I sent my watch in March to get the battery changed. A month later I asked for an update and they told me the watch was shipped 2 weeks ago...wait for it... In Calgary! ( I live in Ontario). Since May, barely any communication. I have to harass them once a week to get a we are working on it"

I wanted to start by saying that I NEVER leave negative reviews but after experiencing the worst customer service to date I really wanted to save others from a negative experience.I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Time Shop when getting an Effy necklace repair. Originally, I sent in my broken necklace chain to be fixed. After over a month I received my necklace with the most ridiculous repair I have ever seen. The necklace chain broke in the same spot they repaired in less than 3 hours of wear. Upon a lot of effort on my part of reaching out for a resolution I was informed they would send me a replacement with a 3-week shipping time, but it has been almost 3 months and I am STILL without a necklace. The lack of communication from the company was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as I had to reach out multiple times to get any kind of update on my order.Overall, I would not recommend using the Time Shop to anyone. The excessive shipping time, lack of communication, and low-quality product were all major issues that made for an extremely disappointing experience.

Thank you guys very much. Totally in love with my watch that you guys changed the whole mechanism for. Really awesome although took long which is completely acceptable due to the work done to the watch. Will definitely recommend.
