Absolutely love this place and so does my puppy too. there’s a good selection of treats and nutritious food for him as well.The staff is quite knowledgable and friendly. Thank you so much for all of your help in giving him a good and happy life to this point, and for many more years.

Self-wash service is quite convenient! You can just walk in. Also, the blower is strong! That's necessary for the big guy or long hair breed.

I took my cavapoo for a haircut, She had the most beautiful coat with long wavy curls. I was very specific with how I wanted the dog to still have the long hair justa bit shorter and to keep the essence of her curls intact. I told her to use the longest clippers on her and leave the hair at 1.Her hair were completely reduced to a 1/4" in some areas. As soon as I picked her up the groomer told me she had to go shorter because she did not "look good" with the longer hair.For me this was like going to a hair saloon asking to trim the ends and the stylist take 4" off without me looking just because she thought I will look better.I am extremely disappointed as I had to pay 90$ for a service that was far away from what I requested.I will not be going to this pet store again."

Disappointed with the lack of attention to online orders. We ordered some dog treats, all items were there but then found one of the bags cut open down the middle once we got home. May have happened while they were unboxing the larger box in the store with a box cutter? Still very negligent to sell a product sliced open, at the very least look at the items you’re throwing into a paper order bag.We got the package into a freezer bag to keep them sealed now that it’s been open anyways. Be sure to inspect your order before picking it up (open order bag at store) to ensure the products are not cut open.

My go-to store for cat food, treats, and litter. The staff are very knowledgeable if you have pet questions, friendly and helpful no matter the need. Great selection of products for all your pet needs. Always a good experience when I shop at Pet Smart.

All good! Made a name tag for dog. Super easy and excellent result! I wish they had a Toronto Maple Leafs dog scarf, but no luck. I guess that's in part due to being a USA chain....not thinking hockey and cup time.

Friendly staff, loved that I brought my dog. I found what I needed right away thanks to clear labels on the aisles. I liked it.

Staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable about the animals they are designated to! For example, Ellen knows all about lizards and literally showed me how to properly bath my Albino Leppard Gecko (Mr. J), which worms would be most appropriate for his fussy diet, the correct light/heat fixture for him, correct instructions on when to turn off the light for his tank, etc. Other employees have been known to help me carry a heavy haul of goodies from the back of the store to the front! Excellent customer service representatives of Pet Smart all round. Also, the products sold here are in great shape for great prices! I bought kitty litter/bin for my 3 cats; a water fountain, carpet, hut, heat lamp etc for my lizard! (pictures included)
