Jim and Tracy Cochrane are exceptional funeral directors. They are compassionate, helping in all required government papers and necessary information. They also give good guidance in the choices of funeral one desires to have, in memory if their loved one. Jim and Tracy are never pushy and treat everyone equally with respect and kindness. Jim and Tracy were exceptional during our father’s funeral arrangements. I told Jim, in person, that even though it’s obviously a business, the entire process didn’t feel that way.
