So unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to come here the guy sitting at front dont know how to talk . No one works there everyone is talking no one is wearing mask . They gave me appointment for fingerprints but i waited half n hour no one was there to take my fingetprints and i was told by one that the lady who does that is sick and other told me her car is broken. Y they r lying. If she is sick y the appointments are scheduled . So rude and unprofessional staff. Needs to change few people. And so that sone work could be done. Worst people

Optimum, please consider the following recommendations:- if a customer phones at 1:31 to apologize for being late for their 1:30 criminal record check appointment and says they are lost, tell them to take their time because you and your coworkers are just sitting down for a late lunch-when you hear a customer enter the suite at 1:35, come out and acknowledge their presence, rather than waiting until they find you and your coworkers in the lunch room at 1:46, asking for help- if you do not know an online appointment has been made, own it- one out of 5 or 6 workers should put their extended lunch on hold to serve a customer who comes in on regular business hours and booked 30 minutes to speak with someone; do not ask them to wait- do not tell the customer that you choose to make them wait while you ate lunch and cleaned your dishes because they were 6 minutes late-do not pull out your phone and point out the minute-by-minute play-by-play; it is not a competition- when a customer feels upset, please listen. Acknowledge your own errors and ask how you can help. Kindness goes a long way.For future customers:- do not book online- do not be late- ensure you give yourself adequate time between an appointment here and any other obligations

Just called them to book an appointment.When I said please book me for 4pm for Friday, he replied sorry that is our coffee time.They open till 5:30pm and they can not help their client at 4pm because of it is their coffee break.

This was my second their using their fingerprint services, and their was a bit of a hiccup in their system and my appointment was messed up, but they did their best to accommodate me in a timely manner. Very friendly and apologetic for the mistake.

Staff is really professional. I called them to book an urgent appointment for my fingerprints and despite the busy schedule, they adjust my appointment whereas many other refused. Their service is very quick.
