Simon, the travel agent, is a very untrustable and a terrible guy. Never look for him. He cheated on air tickets and wanted to charge us extra for flight postponement when airline postponed us. When we call our airline they say its not our fault and they will not charge anything for flight postponement. He also made lots of mistakes in the past when we wanted the cheap flight but instead he didn't book it for us right away and made us have to pay a lot more for it as the discounted flight is gone. Why even charge us extra for flight postponement when he made the mistake of making us pay more for the flight ticket? From this experiences with him, we will never book travel reservations with him anymore because he is a money grabber.

My family has booked multiple flights and cruises with them. We heard from them from a company my brother in law used to work with. They make the process so easy and they are very transparent. I got better deals than I would have online! Go with them. Definitely recommend!
