My dental hygienist was simply wonderful. My mouth is happy. I left the office feeling so fresh. Front desk is welcoming and main desk staff are so nice and friendly.They assisted my daughter when she had difficulty with her card and made sure she knew she had options and not to be too stressed or anxious.They make you feel as though you are part of a caring community not just the next client.

Nathalie is my dental hygienist is she's absolutely the best! She's kind, caring and tremendously patient. She always makes my appointment a positive one. The entire staff is very nice!

Always such a great experience from the moment you walk in until you leave.I am a bit nervous when at the dentist so walking me through what was happening step by step made everything so much more relaxing !Very clean and welcoming environment always , and staff is always happy to see you.I have been going to st.Laurent dental my entire life and would recommend to anyone needed a new dentist :)There schedule is very busy but if worth the wait (if you are able to)Amazing team

Needed a new dentist after moving to Ottawa. Was very happy with the costumer service I received. Love that they can chat with you over text messages! Makes booking an appointment so much easier.Staff is very friendly and great at making you feel at ease. Plus, Dr. Joshi is amazing. He really knows how to communicate with his patients and he made sure that all my questions were answered by then end of my visit.I’m glad I chose St. Laurent Dental Care as my new practice and recommend it to everyone, especially ones looking for a new dentist.

I can't praise them enough, honestly. This review is long overdue, but I moved to Ottawa for uni years ago and used to go back to my hometown for dental work. When I moved to Ottawa permanently, I was in need of a new dentist.I have a lot of anxiety and nervousness in general and it's always scary trying to find new services, especially for something that requires so much trust. I looked for reviews for dental practices that sounded warm and kind as well as high quality. And boy, did I find it.From the very first phone interaction, to my latest check-up, to fillings, and casting a night guard, and at every single appointment, the staff have been outstandingly kind, competent, patient, as well as non-judgmental about any requests to make me feel more comfortable. They also all seem to enjoy their jobs, which I take as a very positive sign.My dentist is Dr. Matheson, and I make a point to recommend her, and the practice as a whole, to anyone who needs a dentist. They're a bit pricier than other dentists, but it shows in the quality of care and they are absolutely worth it.

Let's be honest who really loves the dentist? NOT ME. However, Amanda made me laugh from the sink as I was swishing mouthwash and Dr.S was present, articulate and missed her calling as an artist. IyKYK.

I am a nervous patient. They have helped me relax. They take the time to explain what is going on and what my options are. It's nice to not be terrified of the dentist for a change! Absolutely love the dentist and the assistant!!

I have trusted Dr. Matheson for many years and highly recommend her. Shout out today aswell to Jaime who managed that ever delicate balance of doing a wonderful technical job while also being professional, patient and supportive of this nervous client.Thank you both!
