I’ve been taking my dog here for about three years to get him groomed, but never again. I understand that he’s a large dog but I basically paid $137 for them to give him a bath. They brushed out his undercoat and it appears they stopped about halfway. I can still pull clumps out! We asked them to trim some spots on him as well, and they did not. Very disappointed with the service lately because it seems it’s gone downhill.

Hours after purchase, ny 8 lbs shih poo broken off a piece of an indestructible" toy rubber stick. They wouldn't let me exchange it because I didn't keep the "packaging" even though it was only 1 day after purchase and I had the receipt."

Went into this store with my son to assist in washing his buddy Coba. Everything was fine until this young man came in with his fetching young sheep dog. Poor Coba couldn't keep his eyes of her. I had to hold his head while my son, Wes, continued to scrub him down.I was impressed with this stores selection of dog shampoos and conditioners. Wes let me know that they don't water them down either, like some places do".It was also convenient phoning ahead to ensure there was a spot open amongst the avaliable two washing booths.Plenty of towels available for drying his big Doberman/Rottweiler cross.Pet store having dog treats available was also very appreciated.Highly recommend this store for any person wishing to conveniently wash their treasured dog.As of this date

Great customer service! Out of stock at one location and we're able to track availability at another location and hold for pick up, great service !

This is not my usual store, but I had to run in for a dog wash. Comparing the with the highland road location it’s day and night.The dog was was filthy, loaded with dog hair, the bottles were empty, and there were no treats.The store was empty of customers so I don’t understand why the wash area looked like this. At Highland they always make sure to clean up before even letting us in.

Not sure what is going on there but no one seems capable of relaying messages or the management just does not want to be bothered with letting a customer know when something is available. I have asked multiple times now if I could be contacted when a product I am looking for comes in. I have yet to be called back in regard to any of my inquiries and I have always had to go back down to the store and verify for MYSELF. Today was the last straw. I went in yesterday asking about an item and I was told they would be getting that item in today, about this time... well I already know it is pointless to even ask to be called when said product arrived as I already know no one will be calling me back... so I drive down after work like I was told too... and wouldnt ya know? No one that was there had ANY idea about the shipment the employee from yesterday mentioned. So either I was lied to yesterday or the staff today is not up to speed on what goes on in their workplace. Either way I am moving on from Pet Valu which is annoying as they are one of the few places I am aware of that carries the item in question.
