Very friendly and efficient. They are very accommodating schedule wise, and I have never had to wait for an appointment as they seem to always run on time. The space is clean, beautiful and modern. They offer quite a few different services which I am looking forward to giving a try.

I have been getting laser since 2019. The lady helped talk me through the process and made me feel comfortable. This place is one of the more affordable places I’ve been to as well. I always find it easy to book appointments. I’ve had about 5 sessions and my hair is almost gone. Would definitely recommend!!

my daughter was burnt in the most sensitive places. she complained and was in so much pain and the women still kept doing the laser, she had blisters all over and has pictures to prove it .she told the women to stop, and the woman there did not even accept responsibility. she didn't pay her back or compensate her for anything and blamed it on sensitive skin. my daughter never had a problem on all the other visits. the women there made excuses but never owned up to her burning my daughter's skin. go to a reputable place. 1 star is too high.

I have been coming to this place for my laser for well over a year my hair is almost none but I come in for upkeep ..They are awesome there I have been to a few laser places and by far I would recommend this place over any other place!!! Prices are great!! customer service is great !! An all around great place !! Take my word and give them a try promise you won't be dissatisfied !!!From and completely satisfied returning customer ... ;)

Love this place!! Very new and clean environment with fast and effective results.I quickly began seeing results after a few laser hair removal treatments--that too, with a very affordable price.Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got 7 laser sessions from her and they barely worked. She is very unfriendly and quick at her laser. She also did microblading on my mum's eyebrows who after 2 years went to see a specialist who told her this lady had gone way too deep and scarred her tissue, also had not done nice strokes and the shape is all off even though the lady showed us pictures of her previous work... I think they were fake... I now get laser at VVA salon and spa in Sherwood park and after only one session of laser am noticing results. They are friendly and go over my legs at least 3 times each session and use much better equipment so it doesn't hurt. DO NOT GO HERE. I didn't have enough experience to realize this lady was doing it all wrong until someone told me!

The space itself is very clean and modern. The service is amazing - Super effective, I'm already seeing results. I'm paying much less for laser now than I was previously. Definitely recommend coming here!

I've got a Groupon for laser hair removal and was very pleased with the service and the results. The esthetician was very professional and friendly. They use new laser equipment that lets you see results even after the second treatment. Highly recommend this place!

I definitely recommend this place for laser hair removal. I have had 5 treatments and the hair is gone completely. I had laser treatment elsewhere on the same area a few years ago and the hair came back. This laser machine suctions your skin so you get the best contact. Great service. Price is very affordable. Clean place. The owner is so sweet and very passionate about her job!
