I’ve had food experiences here. I find that their selection isn’t as good as the Langley one. But it’s still decent. I usually go here to rent a game before buying, and everyone’s been super flexible. There was one time where I rented a game and hated it, so I brought it in the next day and told them, and they just let me exchange it for another game. I like that.

The gentleman at the counter was amazing and super friendly. Very knowledgeable about movies and got a few good jokes in there too. Haven't been here since I moved out of abbotsford, but still a great place to pick up retro games and DVDs ! Seems like they have all the new stuff too :)

Located in the historic old downtown in an old building it was surprisingly nice inside prices were very reasonable on rentals and game purchases. I did note Hardware prices seemed fairly High. Unfortunately at this time we were there they seem to be short-staffed and the only person at the counter was very flustered. He had a verbal handicap which was making it take longer to deal with customers.

We had numerous birthday parties in their downstairs game room. Great staff, great selection of games and great set up; 5 flat screens with a selection of different game systems and platforms. You can bring your own supplies and only rent the room with use of equipment and all the games you can play.

We had such an amazing experience here! They let us in a few minutes early (we didn’t know what time they opened at), and helped us find what we were looking for. We are both super new to gaming and they helped us get what we needed. Highly recommend!!!

Honestly the best game/movie shop in BC. Nothing beats Willow's incredible deals and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you're ever thinking about buying a game or movie Willow probably has it but at a much better and more affordable price. Been shopping there as long as I can remember but unfortunately my kids wont get the same experience as Willow is closing at the end of this month.

I met the manager one day but complete fluke and I’ve been a customer ever since. Some of my favorite people work and frequent this place and the selection is massive! Even in this market and world of streaming and downloading I still enjoy venturing through the aisles of the video store.Love this place.

This is a nice business offering games for all the popular game consoles for rent and purchase. They buy games too.Their prices are fair, and their selection is quite good. Staff are knowledgeable and interested in new games and different consoles.

As a frequenter of the Langley location, this is another - albeit smaller - wonderful alternative to EB Games and big box stores such as Walmart and Best Buy for purchasing your digital media of choice. What this location lacks in terms of selection and stock they gain in discounted prices and the Gone Gaming Players Zone": a room for multiplayer games for birthday parties and events
