I take immense pleasure in thanking MLA Mr. Harry Bains and his staff for understanding my rush requirements and supporting me to acquire the documentation I needed in time. I really appreciate Mr. Harry’s personal involvement and his staff, especially Madam Preet Kaur Sangha being so active and understanding. Glad to have leaders like him who are ready to support in difficult times.

I visited this office and found that it was not open to the public due to Covid. I called from outside the office and spoke with either Zarine or Preet. They were so helpful and went the extra step to assist me. They could easily have informed me that they were not open to the public, but they found a way to get my job done without me entering the office. I thank these two lovely ladies - they are truly wonderful human beings who are kind and don't hesitate to lend a helping hand. You make Surrey proud!

I called and left a message 3 business days ago still no call back. I am bit confused everyone else in British Columbia has adjusted to the pandemic but it seems like our MLA Harry Bain's hasn't or has no clue how to run an office safely. The one thing I am concerned about is his office staff could have gotten back to me you don't need to be in the office to due so. The cornering part is the office staff is being paid with tax dollars it doesn't seem like we are getting our money's worth.

I would like to thank you to Mr Harry Bains and the entire team, who helped me and my husband with getting all the necessary documents and letters we needed. The staff and Harry Bains himself is amazing at what they do everyday. I’m so thankful of them and definitely recommend them for any issues. Great to have leaders like him.
