When i first walked in, I was a bit overwhelmed, but in a good way. There is no shortage in products here. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Plus, they price match. I will continue shopping here.

Has to be my favourite place to pickup all my camping essentials. This store is absolutely amazing. Staff is super helpful. Things are organized and easy to find. Great prices and sales.

This was my first experience in a SAIL store and it went above and beyound my expecations. It started when I called the store and Cam answered. He was able to find the shoe that I have been looking for trail runing / hiking shoes and everywhere I've looked the style I wanted or the size was out of stock. Cam made my day by checking, finding and leaving the pair at the shoes desk for me. I travelled from Mississauga and it was important for me to make sure the shoes were available before I made the trip. The shoes fit perfectly, are so light, waterproof and have contagrip sole. I'm so excited to try them on the trail this year!

It's the ultimate location to buy canoeing, camping, fishing, hunting clothes and equipment. It is a huge two-storey store and has many options for each item to choose from. The prices are competitive and they always something on sale.The staff are friendly and helpful. They're well-informative, so make sure you reach out to them if you have any doubts/questions.

Bought a new Humminbird fish finder".The youngs lads at the desk were keen on carrying on their conversation a bit too long with a customer lurking by.But one of them acknowledged me and began helping me out.The product I was looking for as in the stock room. He hustled to retrieve it

Had the best experience with Holly in customer service today. I explained my issue with a recent purchase I had made and she helped me troubleshoot until there was a solution that worked. She was so helpful and understanding! I will definitely be returning to Sail when I need new equipment!
