A good space to hang out with friends, it's not that clean though, there can be crumbs and food left over on the tables. It's sort of unorganized and there is some improvement to be made on the atmosphere (chairs are a bit disorganized). The setup is pretty nice though! Customer service is usually pretty fast! Dining in was nice because it's usually casual, not too busy. Overall best as a quick place for a coffee and a hangout spot.

Love donuts so, this is a good place, but I once saw a fly on a cookie and the employees did nothing about it so, minus 2 stars.

Any place that charges $ for extra coffee cup deserves an acknowledgement. I need 2nd cup because the coffee is too hot to drink and I pour small amounts into a 2nd cup.

It's a Tim Horton's. If the staff is good, you'll have a good experience. I rarely run into bad staff, but who knows what will happen. I like the current menu, and the current loyalty scheme is okay. This scheme will change some time in February.

The person taking my order was very soft-spoken, I couldn't hear through the speaker and wasn't getting my order right missing items I had asked for.The bagels were hard like they're from the day before, didn't toast good, and a large portion of unmelted butter was on the side of the bagel.

I asked for almond milk in my iced coffee and they put cream in it and one of the girls there with blond hair and bad acne argued with me then remade it and didn’t close the lid.

The line ups are too long. Staff behind take out service can not speak english and therefore are unable to adjust an order verbally and that holds up the line at drive through

This place is a perfect example of quite and comfy Tims where you can get your food without unnecessary worries. Unlike some other areas in Toronto they don't have to dismantle swag displays, their restrooms don't look like a Mad Max movie decoration and you don't need to worry about your car parked outside. It's clean, tidy, with nice and friendly staff who most of the time know what they are doing. Not sure what to say about food - it looks and tastes like Tims food.

Always get rotten curdled cream in my iced coffee and cold brew, called to let them know, they tell me off and hang up, this has happened multiple times over the course of 2 months, extremely unprofessional. This is a huge health and safety concern.
