waiting time takes FOREVER. I had an appointment and came early but people who came after me got to go in first? I had to wait almost two hours and all I needed was to tighten my retainers. Not impressed. However, the dentist themselves are okay.

Dentists are great, but the reception staff is so unprofessional, I called 1 hour ahead to confirm my appt and everything was good to go, but after waiting, I overheard the staff tell another patient she's next. I went up to her to confirm my appt time, she said the dentist came late and I said, well I called and you didn't mention this and she had nothing to say. She didn't even apologize. This isn't the first time.
