Warning: their sliding doors / material maybe decent but do NOT hire them for any bigger projects such as sunroom. They told me they would ensure waterproofing the deck to build a sunroom under. I was shown a picture of what waterproofing would look like but when I came home, they were putting grouty material on my deck. I asked why and he said they changed their mind....never asked me or told me. My deck was rendered not usable, he told me i cannot sweep there and in winter, i would have to remove snow from my deck to maintain and that i would have to compromise a little....they burned the deck edges while melting their material and melted material on my walls and made brand new deck look ugly with nasty patch work. The seams didn't match, the edges were cut uneven around the deck. I had several contractors and roofers look at it who all said that they have never seem roofing material put on a deck rendering deck useless, plus NOT adding lips or dripping edge or gutter, anything for water to not leak toward the house. Overall, they simply did no planning, just took my money and did ugly and bad job. Plus the gaps between wood slabs on the 3 open sides were fully exposed. Entire summer, the water was flooding inside towards my house due to lack of lipping or gutters..... he said it was because we lacked the glass and once glass was installed, we will be ok. They installed the glass and same night it rained and we had flooding. The owner, Simon claimed its nothing to do with them as the water was not dripping from under the deck but outside the deck. I paid super high price to ensure a 3 season, waterproof sunroom. I will now have to hire new people to redo the deck, add fascia, aluminium, lip, etc so that sunroom doesn't get flooded. When I reached out to Simon, he told me I have bad attitude despite all the help he gave me (help = paid job). He refused to fix the issue or refund the portion of fake, incomplete and faulty roof. The caulking around the glass and frame also was so bad for water to flood in. Simon said they are not roofers...true but they undertook the project, charged me $$ and added that as part of sunroom completion. Had i known they will take no responsibility for the faulty work, i would have simply bought material and hire professional help with roofing, putting the frames and glass together with proper caulking. Simon just wants to hire all different contractors he knows, get commissions from them and do a job that is terrible. He is refusing to take responsibility that he charged me for a waterproof, 3 season sunroom and delivered bad workmanship with unqualified handymen. I have never been ripped off for over 30k and Bern told I have bad attitude. Simon was charming but don't get fooled by him. After he got fully paid, he started name calling. I would NOT recommend them ever.

The sales rep Simon is very professional and knowledgeful. He was very quick in response and he is very patience in explaining every detail of the project. He gave us a very deal that no outside market can beat. We loved the storm door that Alumwin have installed for us, and we are looking forward to upgrade all our windows with Alumwin. The Alumwin Team have done an absolutely amazing job on the basement entry enclosure. The sales rep Simon was very knowledgeful and patience in explaining every detail. The construction team are also professional as well and quick on their job. The work is amazing and we definitely referral this company to our friends and family.

Needed new sliding doors to my backyard and got deck rails done as well. Got everything done before winter came and really happy with the results. Will check back if I get any problems. Definitely recommend and contemplating for a sunroom next summer.

I was scrolling through Facebook marketplace when I came across Alumwin. I was in need of window changes as mine were old and don’t hold heat in that well anymore. Their support directed me to Simon and they responded pretty fast. They came in to get measurements and discussed with me the options. I really liked their metal mesh which also opens easily, I have yet to come across a window company that provides those. Their price isn’t low but I got a deal and considering it’s a 20 year warranty compared to other companies who only give 2, I was satisfied. Definitely give them a call if you’re looking for cool designs, they have a really cool tilt-and-turn window that I haven’t seen many companies provide.

Since I was looking for something modern and yet rustic, they recommended the single panel 55 Casement Door and I was able to customize the design (e.g. colour/design) so it looks one of a kind. I would definitely find the crew to help me with other home projects in the future. If you want to add some wow factors into your house, Alumwin will never disappoint you!

We installed a sunroom to our backyard. It was absolutely fascinating. The design was perfect and the quality of the product is absolutely amazing as well. The sales rep was very patient and he sat down for many hours with us to discuss the detail of the design. We made a few changes to our design after the confirmation of the design, and the team was very quick in coming up with the new drawing design for our approval. I will say excellent job was done, and the team is very professional.

Finally closed up the open backyard porch area! Simon was very helpful from the beginning till the end of the installation! We did basic flooring on top of the existing deck and then enclosed with 4-season windows. The windows were from China, hence they have a good quality/price ratio. I have not went through a winter season yet, but I feel hopeful.I had some insect and water entering problem after installation however, Simon and kelvin were helpful to troubleshoot afterwards. Kelvin is still in communication with me to follow up. And now I am waiting for a rain to see if issue is addressed (we did tests and so far so good).Take a look at the pictures I posted it’s beautiful. I hope this installation in enclosure will keep the bedroom upstairs warmer during winter time. The space made available due to this project. Allowed me to set up a home gym as well.All in all, I recommend Alumwin. Simon and kelvin and the other guys are very helpful and kind. Depending on your project, the result may not be 100% perfect upon completion, but these guys will follow up with you to troubleshoot until the result of satisfactory.

They gave me a really thorough walkthrough of their products and even thought about things I wasn’t aware of. Their windows have great soundproofing which is great because I live in the suburbs. Their mesh is slash-proof and theft proof which is really reassuring. They also recommended for me to install sliding doors for my kitchen, they’re hanging doors so I don’t have to worry about the track and vacuuming. The designs are sleek and match great with the whole house. I love it, 10/10 products, already recommended them to my friends.
