Fishing Cove BackCountry Campground
Tough black diamond trail. 6km hike into the back country campground starts at approximately 350m and falls to sea level. The back country sites have raised wooden platforms for pitching your tent.Sunsets are incredible in the cove. The hard work of the hike reaps dividends with incredible scenery. Oh did I mention the 6km hike out goes up 350m. The rise is mostly at the end of the hike and consists of a series of soul-crushing switchbacks.

A more challenging hike with about 500 metres of elevation. We hiked in on a nice sunny day. Enjoyable.

Great hike can be challenging. Km marker 4 to 5 the most difficult. Well worth the hike. Trail can be wet and muddy if it has rained.

Beautiful place to camp for a weekend!! The hike was absolutely breath taking (one part for the intensity of the hike in/out with a full pack on your back and the other for the pure beauty of it)! Cannot WAIT to go back here again!

Absolutely beautiful spot to camp, me and two close buddies hiked this trail over the course of two days, (down one day up the following morning) the trail itself is beautiful and the view at the actual campground is also absolutely stunning especially in the morning as the fog rolls down the mountains. its something to behold this trail should be hiked be relatively experienced hikers with proper equipment. bring hiking boots (not shoes) as the trail can get muddy and bring ample hydration. if you have this covered you will have a good time. keep in mind km 4 to 5 is the roughest of the bunch and ascending trail will be more arduous than descending. definitely will be hiking this again 10/10
