Nuderm Skin Care Clinic

i should have posted this when i was 16 but i was young and stupid so here it is 5 years later.i got laser hair removal on my armpits from nuderm in winter 2017. A piece of their protective film was missing on their laser equipment and not only did the hair removal not work, i ended up with a line of second degree burns down both of my armpits from faulty equipment which are still slightly visible 5 years later.I feel that the severity of the negligence of this situation was brushed off due to my young age. i was simply told “we are sorry this happened” and not offered anything at all to make up for this. As an adult, If i had my time back i would have cancelled all of my remaining sessions and demanded a full refund.don’t go here unless permanently scarred armpits are your thing i guess.
