So grateful for Stephanie’s help! I needed invoices from 2 years ago and she was able to search them out and send them, despite it being so long ago that I wasn’t on the system. She was fast, efficient and friendly! So grateful for her ability to find a needle in a haystack!!!

We had very good check in experience, given it was the 1st of the month. Stephanie was excellent in dealing with us and several other customers who arrived at the same time with differing needs. She was efficient and very clear in her communications with us and others. She had a smile on her face and was helpful with our technology problem.

The store manager, Stephanie, was great! The check-in process was easy and quick and it was made sure that I received all the important information. Stephanie was also kind enough to wait for me before closing to check-in.
