Access Auto is a great place to take your vehicle. Rob & Gina are always so friendly and accommodating, along with the rest of their staff. My girlfriend took her vehicle to Access Automotive on the recommendation of a friend who works at AMA. Some of the supporting metalwork which supports the shock absorber had rusted out and the shock was hitting other parts of the associated body. After reviewing the problem, they gave and estimate and proceeded with the work.When the work was done, they called us in, showed us before and after photos of the work which was very professionally done. Mr. Music was very helpful and explained everything to us. They returned the vehicle to us clean and ready to go. My girlfriend was very happy with the work done and the cost.We would definitely recommend this company for any of your automotive needs.

I just had my Jeep in for a death wobble I couldn't figure out. They did a bunch of testing for me, figured it out and got everything fixed for me at a really good price. I am very happy with the services I received and will definitely come back if I need anything else as well as recommend to others! Thank you so much!

I was losing my antifreeze coolant. Called couple shops but everything was booked. I called Access Automotive and they fitted me in a schedule as soon as possible. I drop off my vehicle and in 1 hour know the reason. They order a part and fix my car. They even wash an engine and a car after.Good service, explained everything about. problem and always was on touch with me.People working there is a real professional and manager is an awesome man. Recommend this shop.

Recently took my vehicle to Access for the first time. Staff were very friendly and the shuttle service was appreciated. Had an oil change done and a safety inspection which was very thorough. A few items were identified as needing attention, but nothing that was required immediately. I would not hesitate to return to Access to get this work done.

I honestly cannot describe the level of service this amazing shop provides. From the 1st call to pick up.I brought my truck in due to an axel failing. The pricing was fair and honest.I absolutely appreciated the patience Rob, Mitch and team had when I was in the shop. I honestly couldn't believe it when I arrived and they even washed my truck. They go the extra mile and attention to detail is outstanding. Access is truly a business that cares. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.Rob definitely makes it an extremely family vibe from start to finish.
