We have lived in our 30-year old house for the last 4 years and have used Roy's team on several occasions: installation of two furnaces, installation of a new hot water heater (a big one for a family of 10!), repairs to pipes and drainage from the original build. Roy's service team is terrific! They are quick to respond to phone calls, they come on time and work efficiently, they do thorough work and ensure the customer is happy (and we are really happy to have heat and hot water!) and the prices are very reasonable. I cannot say enough about Roy's Plumbing. The response time was very quick. When Brad arrived, he was very polite, honest and informed us to exactly what the issue was with our furnace. This company is most reliable and will be our go-to from now on.

Big discrepancy from phone quoted to actual charge. Huge markup on parts.Felt like I got ripped off so because of that I won't ever use this company again.Better value companies out there.

My mother (who is a senior) contacted this company about a dripping shower nozzle. Their representative came to her home and after looking at the shower for less than 10 minutes said it would likely take hours of work to repair, and as a result my mother said that it was not within her budget. The service call was $160 and no work was completed on the shower.My nephew (who is a welder with little plumbing experience) today repaired the problem by cleaning the faucet valve washer, which took less than 10 minutes.Horrible service*UPDATE* June 25 2020In response to the proprietor's reply (below) my mother called the company the day after their reply was posted. The individual she spoke with identified themselves as the owner of the company, and expressed very little concern about the poor service provided during the initial service call but were instead disappointed by the negative that I had posted. They did agree, however, to issue a full refund and in exchange I would remove this negative review.It is now over 3 months since this conversation and no refund has been provided.Do business with this company at your own risk

Had Brad out to give me a quote on a furnace, a.c. unit and hot water tank. Very quick response time. Happened to have the day off from work and they were happy to come out that very day. Brad was professional, polite and very informative. Laid out options for me and never once did I feel pressured. They sent me an email quote the very next day as promised and were even willing to price match other companies as long as their quote was apples to apples" Financing options available as well. Politely inquired if I had any other plumbing needs. Great experience here. Called a few other places from the city who weren't even willing to come out to my neck of the woods. Thanks Brad."

Worst customer service, biggest rip off to comeand just look at my water tank for 10 mins was almost $300. I had a company come from Edmonton for a third of the price and then half the price for the repair they quoted me. I never ever do reviews online and if I could leave them no stars I would.

I called Roy's plumbing in the morning with a broken boiler pump. It was -38C outside and our house temperature was dropping fast. Rene worked very hard to source our unusual pump which we found could be days away, but he found a replacement part locally that would work with our system. The technician (Ashley) arrived the same day and got us up and running in no time. We are happy they were so responsive and knowledgable and saved us from way bigger problems. We will call again if we need future plumbing services. Very satisfied.

We just had some major work done (furnace repair and hot water replacement) by Roy's and I have to say, it has been one of the best experiences I have had with a service contractor. They are pleasant and easy to work with, responsive and willing to communicate any action or changes, they are up with the times and able to use various billing formats. Their workers were prompt, pleasant, clean and efficient. They were knowledgeable and prepared - no running back to the shop for them!I highly recommend Roy's. And no, I'm not a robot and I don't write reviews for a living. This is the FIRST!Thank you.

Awesome business that came in the next morning to install a new furnace, with taking to code...even asked if I had a alternate source to keep warm...made sure I also knew my hot water heater wad near end of life, so gave me a great deal for both to be done...made sure they cleaned up and help me get rid of the wiring for a humidifier that was no longer in the house...as I am painting and patching...cleaned up the wall, sanded and ready for fix on the painting...the guys were awesome!!!

Furnace died on a Sunday night, called Monday morning and a couple hours later Wayne was at our house for an inspection and quote. He was more than thorough, explained to and showed me every thing that needed to be done and how he would do it. Later that afternoon we had a quote, and an appointment booked for Wednesday. Upon further examinations to the chimney, it was discovered we would either need a new chimney or switch out our hot water heater/tank. We decided on the latter, and even with this unexpected discovery, he was still able to come back the next day to do the new hot water heater/tank. He was polite, beyond efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and my family and I were thrilled with all the service and help we got from Wayne, Charlene and Rene. Have used them before, so it was a given we would use them for this too, and will by all means use them again for any and all plumbing concerns we may have in the future.
