Rachel is always awesome to deal with,I have returned to this Rogers for the last three phones and cell service contacts for me and my family, mostly because working with her is always easy and she is very helpful and accommodating.Highly suggest this Rogers store front for your cell phone needs and advisories, Rachel's service and the other staff that work there is great.I'll keep coming back as long as Rachel is there.

Great service. Went in for an express pick up of my new iphone and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I had to do to transfer my data and perfectly installed the screen protector that I purchased.

Rachel was patient and understanding. I could have gotten a bit of a better deal but knowing that if there is a problem she would be able to help. Living in a rural area it is not always easy to drive to the city, Selkirk and the Roger's store is close.

Was turned away 40 minutes to close wasn’t enough time for her to help! Never have I ever been told so rudely “no sorry I can’t do that, it’ll take longer than 40 minutes I don’t have time to do that” I can understand if you’re having a bad day, but the overall attitude given was so unprofessional and unnecessary.Rogers is usually always excellent in customer service, going beyond and above in the past! The younger Blonde Representative just didn’t have time, and went out of her way to be rude about it, in an empty store..
