Extremely rude employees. Never bothered to engage in any conversation and was very disrespectful when I was asking questions about the application process. Was given a lot of misinformation and was lied to regarding our reference check. Said they contacted our references when they actually didn’t. Definitely will not be returning to this place in the future and will not be recommending this place to any of our family and friends.

There was a worker there who was the most rudest person I’ve ever seen! It was honestly really bad, they know someone where we are from and the person was talking to the spca and she is known to report everyone who has an outdoor cat to make sure they can’t adopt again and she did it to us, they never spoke to ANY of the references that we wrote down but no they contacted the one person who is a “reliable” source, now our record for adopting at the spca is ruined and we won’t be able to adopt, never go to the one in grand falls, it’s revolting.
