There are lots of great shoes for great prices

Staff was nice. Was a bit of a mess in there. Not a lot of sizes. They had lots of boxes of stock not put away. Could hire someone to stock and clean. Would make it a lot nicer for the customers.

Called the store to request 2 pair of shoes I wanted be put aside. It was a thursday before the July long weekend and couldn't come for them. I asked for the shoes to be held until tuesday,and the clerk agreed to. I thought the clerk was very nice and I know my grandkids will love their shoes

THIS STORE DOES’NT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEYI bought a winter shoe last black friday.It is cold rated as -30 according to the sign posted in the store and also in the shoe specification. Though it is very expensive, i told myself it is going to be a good investment specially the extreme cold here, having this shoe cold rating is very important.Went home, excited and tried it outside. I also throw the box that day. Which is my first regret.That time is just -5 degree. I immediately notice that my toes are cold. Colder than my old improper winter shoes.I waited for colder degree to check but the next days went up to 0 and even some + degrees.Last week was the perfect test, -10, -15 and -20.The shoe is a disappointment. It didnt perform to what it is specified in the store and the spec.I went to the store, talk to the employees. She said the manager is not here. I cannot help you.I called the store the next day to talked to the manager.Disappointing.Manager told me that i cannot exchange the shoe because i dont have the box anymore and because i wear the shoe outside. She told me that is in the policy. Even told me how can they sell it without the box.I told her dont sell it again to other people please. This is defective.I told her, how will i be able to test the shoe if i dont wear it outside?.. how will i know if it works properly and not defective if i dont wear it?She just answered me with “that is what written in the policy”.I ended the call calm but with super disappointment.They didnt offer anything regarding my issue.If you care about your customer at least try to contact your brand supplier to see what they can do.I ended up calling the customer service of shoe company.The same. They dont care. They wont do anything.My next step will be to try to call the brand customer service.Then maybe next is small claim court.I will do everything to get what i deserve.I will do everything as i can to let people know about what I experienced.

The manager was awesome, she helped with the purchase of sandals for my other half. He loves them, she was right, he didn't rhino he would like them at all

Best prices for shoes and great selection.Very cramped aisles and can barely move and shop with/for a toddler because I couldn't bring his stroller down the asile. The lineup was long and slow, needs a second till or solution because the wait to pay was over 15 min.Very happy with my purchase.

Great personal service. They didn't have the shoe I wanted unfortunately but the young man who was helping me did everything he could to find what I wanted or an alternative. It's a special shoe so hard to find. Prices here are reasonable and there is a great selection for children, women, men.
