I love this tanning salon . The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. It is super clean and nicely decorated. I just wish I lived in the south end. So I could more often :)

DONT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! They will make excuses after excuses!! The service I was going there for was eyelash extensions.... the very first time I went I got what I wanted, then after it was very inconsistent. It was a hit or miss everytime... sometimes it was the wrong product from head office they said, other times I think they thought I wouldn’t notice or trick me into thinking it was the same work as the previous time... I was unhappy with the work and all they cared about was their money and not making the customer (me) happy.... they have an excuse for everything. Eyelash extensions are not cheap here and you expect to get good work with the money you pay... they refused to refund me and let me be unhappy... they would never make it in a city like Toronto with that kind of attitude. I guess losing customers isn’t a concern for them , they are content with being empty all the time.... to each their own I guess.... I strongly recommend that you don’t waste your time and money here.

I love Maddi and i love Loriann! they are both so talented at what they do! ive had experiences with the other lash techs too and the are amazing! The prices are great! They go out of their way to fit me in for appointments and at each appointment work hard to give me exactrly what I am looking for! Working in the plaza I love that I can skip over and have a nice warm tan..

What an experience tanning here! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I give this place a 5 star. VERY CLEAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY EFFICIENT! The tan I got was awesome, noticed color from my first session.

Great results with a friendly staff and a clean salon with very reasonable prices.
