Great experience. Nigel and his team were fantastic. Really approachable as well as informative and patient. I didn't notice I had a rock chip on my windshield and when they took it for a complimentary wash after the service a large crack formed. Nigel was extremely generous and handled things with Broco glass to get me a new windshield in a day. Will definitely be returning, cheers guys!

If there was more stars available for a review, i'd have used it for Nigel and his Team. I've brought all the vehicles i've owned to them for all maintenance and repair needs. My 06 odyssey was a POS that always gave me issues, but he's fixed them all. Very transparent and fair with prices. Probably one of the few repair shops that you can get cheap price, excellent quality, and fast repair all in one. Highly recommend Nigel and Pro-Tech Repair for all your automotive mechanical/electrical needs.

A111. I tried Pro-Tech after reading all the great reviews. Awesome experience. My BMW was serviced and ready as promised and the work was perfect. Nigel tells me they do a lot of work on European makes / and a lot of BMWs. I also learned they offer OEM parts including MANN oil filters and BMW grade oil. So important for finicky German cars. BTW-- ask about what work they can do. Turns out they can do just about as much as a BMW dealer - but at an honest price . Yipee.

Went for an out-of-province inspection. Everything went smoothly and they finished quicker than expected. They also checked-in after a few days after the inspection to see how my car was doing even though they didn’t do any work on the car itself!

Very clear communication and very transparent. Called in to have my belts replaced due to perceived squeal but they were able to locate the true cause of the problem which was a worn out motor mount, and gave their recommendation on what to prioritize on repairs. Honest and great to work with too.
