I left a deposit to order a car here in march 2022, and I have continuously called and emailed in order to get an update, either find me a car or refund me the deposit as they never even provided a bill of sale.update to response from owner: weird if no one has ever contacted me back that I have been told to come in person? so you guys hold deposits and lie to clients, Great customer service

Patrick was so professional and knowledgeable about the cars in the store. I was not sure what to get but he helped me identify my needs as a buyer. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal I was getting. His honesty and organisation behind it all made this so easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend him!

Dealer offered us a buy out on our leased Blazer. When we agreed to go ahead with the deal they suddenly reduced the offer by 700 dollars with no explanation. We asked why the sudden drop in 48 hrs and could not get a straight answer. Disgraceful behaviour, dishonest and underhand. Avoid this dealership.

do urself a favour and go to any other GM dealership, service is bad, and the manager roger will only get u a car if u give him a cash kick back in an envelope which is probably illegal

I had my first experience with this dealership today. I'm happy to say it was a very positive one.Even though I had no appointment and they were booked up until next week, I was able to drop off my car and have it diagnosticated within 4 hours of drop-off. My issue was quite stressful, so this alone was a huge relief. They also had a well-organized shuttle service.On top of that, all the staff were so kind and polite. This really makes a big difference when handling car trouble and helped put me at ease. There was no pressure to take the more expensive option to fix my car and they were very patient with my questions.If you live in the Gatineau area, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Agreed with most reviews here, save yourself the trouble and go to HULL. I bought a new truck and have barely 2k km on it.. half the wheel bolts were broken as they were put on too tight and didn't they didn't want to assume the fault and passed it on my warranty that I am only allowed once. I actually had to come back to an appointment and THEY didn't even look at anything.. waste of time. I am going to upgrade my truck in about 2 years for leather.. and I will not be coming back here.

I dont write reviews much, but the situation I had with this dealer today, is one of a kind.I found a vehicle online and contacted the dealer. I was promptly served by a friendly sales rep, told the vehicle was for sale/available, but it had been in a accident, would I like to book a test drive. I said I will think about it and get back to them. I called back in the afternoon and asked to see the vehicle the next day. I was then told....um well probably not, put on hold....., then told sorry the boss is driving it and he no longer wants to sell it. There are no new vehicles for him to drive so...... There was some more confused questions on my end to the sale rep that really didnt have much to say.Long story short.....if you are really interested in buying a GM vehicle you may want to just pass this place as the BOSS obviously cares more about himself than his customers. In all my years I have never witnessed such behavior from a company.Adieu

I want to share my experience with this place and some advice that might help some people in the future if they're going to buy a used car from this place. As usual when customers come to a car dealer they will be introduce to the sell manger who will introduced you to one of his staff to help you on your purchase. The manger was very welcoming and introduce me to a guy who offer his help. I saw the car and I tried to ask him a few questions he answered some and said he will contact me to answer the other questions. When he called me he gave me a false answers which lead me to loose about $2000. So my advice here is to ensure to ask more than one person about essential questions regarding your purchase. Ask to speak with the financial department about your questions regarding the price and the tax and any other concerns about money. The second part tries not to ask them to transport your car from their location to yours. In my case, they cause damage to the vehicle for sure they did pay for replacing the damage, but this causes a lot of time and effort. So you will loose time and money. In those circumstances for sure really people attitudes shows up, the sells mangers was very unprofessional and was so rude. You will go through a very hard time speaking with him through the phone, and the only way is to go to the store. Dealing with him was not a good experience at all. On the other hand, the car was in good condition since I did make sure everything was going well. Make sure when you deal with them to verify the exact time when you will be receiving your car. Overall, bad experience, and I will never go there again or advise anyone to go there unless this place is the only option. People in the parts section and the reception were so friendly, though. :)I saw the dealer reply, and I want to mention that I spoke with Roger Kochhar when I had this issue to ask him about his advice, the only thing he said to me that time was that he was not responsible for the case and I should speak with the used cars sells manger at that time. So nothing was done on his behalf. Thanks for the replay, though, which means the dealership is listening at least to customers' reviews. Regards

Save yourself some grief and go to the hull dealership instead.I never write reviews but this time felt like I had to:Drove in front of the dealership and saw the truck I was looking for. Gave them a call. The first salesman, Christian was condescending and said he’d call me back in a few minutes… 1h45 later no call back so I called again asked for another salesman and I was transferred to Alain. He was very nice over the phone and said he’d call me back in a few minutes as he had to check if it was still available. He called me back shortly after to let me know that it was. When I asked for the specifics of the truck ( monthly payment etc.) he promised he’d call me back the same afternoon as he was busy. I waited for his call for a day and had to call back the dealership a third time for a follow up to be told he didn’t call me back because the truck was sold… Didn’t even bother to check if there was something similar in the lot to sell me. I worked in the sales industry for a long time and would have gotten fired in a second for treating a customer like this.
