I was looking for a clinic that offered chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy services all in one place and after a thorough search in the Durham Region, I found that the AIM clinic was the perfect match for me! I like the fact that I can manage all of my appointments online and that the online booking process is straightforward and simple. They offer direct billing which is a huge plus for me and I really like how open and honest they are about their pricing. They are always on time with their appointments, I've never had to wait longer than a minute to be seen by any of the team. The clinic itself is much more spacious than I thought it would be and it's remarkably clean!I had many questions and sent several emails prior to booking my first appointment - the administrative team was so quick, clear and helpful with their responses. I love visiting the clinic because the administrative team is so well organized and approachable, they always start and end all of my appointments on a wonderful note.Dr. Nimal is the ABSOLUTE BEST chiropractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is professional and super friendly, she works so hard to target all of my health problems to ensure I leave the clinic ready to get a good night's sleep! She always impresses me with her approach towards my health issues and I love that she is so open to sharing her wealth of knowledge about chiropractic therapy and educating me during our sessions. I can honestly say that I have felt so much relief after my appointments with her. If I could give Dr. Nimal 10 stars, I would!!I've booked all of my massage therapy appointments for the remainder of the year with Abby and I'm so, so glad that I did. I've had many massages in the past, but Abby's style and techniques are beyond soothing. She is also extremely personable and she has a wonderful sense of humor, which makes my sessions with her that much more enjoyable!
