No wifi; no info boards or people to let you know when your bus will be arriving. My bus was almost an hour late, but when you have no idea when you're leaving, the wait seems even longer. The only people who work there (as far as I know) are sub-contracted ticket agents who don't deal with the busses.

TErrible, unsafe location for the bus terminal in downtown Kitchener as the building has been vacant for a while. Bus was dirty, needs to have better standard, more people would use the service. My seat was wet , not sure if what was the reason, urine or drink disgusting . No soap or sanitizer in washroom. Busses should be cleaned and there should be cleaning and sanitizing procedure in place !!!

If I could give this company -0 Stars I would. I bought my little sister home I have not seen in over 5 years a bus ticket to come visit me from Toronto to my city. When she decided she wanted to stay longer and extend the trip for three days I called and they said all I would have to do is pay $20 and I could extend the trip. Thrilled I started the process on doing so I was on the phone for over an hour while the gentlemen who was very confused at everything that I said tried the transaction three separate times and said there was a system error and I would have to call back later. The next day I went to call back as I had checked my account and there were three transactions of $30 taken out of my account. I asked to speak to a manager and was given three separate numbers where I had to hang up and call those numbers back each time a manager did not answer and I had to ask for one anyway. I then got a supervisor who was very rude and snobby and ended up hanging up on me after I sent him screenshots of the transactions via email  which he received right away  and asked me to hold several times while reviewing it showing the money was not put back in my account that the gentleman from the previous day had taken. He was very rude and dismissive and treated me like garbage. I still have not gotten a resolution and they still have my money. Don't waste your time no one speaks English or tries to understand or listen or cares if someone at Greyhound is reading this and would like to give me my money back please contact me. I'm tired of waiting on hold for hours and getting no resolution. Do not waste your time on this company fly or take a train.

While the price is very cost effective, the advertised leg room and complimentary Wi-Fi is very inconsistent. The Wi-Fi may even be restricted to a low amount, with paid options to receive more. Traveling for the holidays? They may have overbooked and you'll be waiting on the next bus (~2 hours), and the process for getting refunded is contrived and rigorous, as though to deter you purposely.

Needs to improve the cleaning in the washrooms.Washrooms are NOT cleaned properly1. Blood found on walls2. Toilets and urinals needs to be acid treated3. Better floor Care, swept and mopped4. Taps and sinks have soap scum and looks very dirty.

Perfectly fine. Even though it opens at 7 and they say you need to check in an hour beforehand for your 745 bus, it was fine. They didn't care & there were people checking in like 15 mins beforehand. The lady behind the glass could have spoke up though, I don't think she realizes there's no microphone. It was like trying to understand a very quiet Boomhower.

I paid approximately $50 for this bus and it was not worth it. The bus driver was stressed out about everything and yelled at every single person in front of me. Then he yelled at me about my ticket not being printed correctly. I told him Greyhound had printed it and it was not my fault. After all the passive aggressiveness from the driver while loading my bag, I walked onto the bus. Babies were crying and the bus smelled terrible. At least the bus was on time... For the first time. Every time I take a trip the bus is 10-40 min late. Poor service. Next time I'll be driving!

Worst service. Stranded in the bus stop in -15C weather. There is no staff who knows about the schedule. Bus was supposed to depart at 4.05 however it's 5:30 and still no one know what's going on. Upon calling 1800 number they don't know where the bus is and is unreachable. Extremely poor customer service. If I could give -5 rating I would but google is too kind to allow one star.

Got a decent price on a fare Windsor to Toronto. Bus was scheduled to leave at 4 05 pm...5:45 pm and no bus in sight. So what does a good price serve if one cannot reach their destination? Passengers could not get any information about the whereabouts of the bus. I gave up waiting... money out the window.

My bus wasn't even seen at the departure area when it was scheduled to leave. We departed 45mins later. On the way, there was some smoke inside the cabin and we lost 20 mins there. Changed buses at London for this which again wasted close to half an hour. We arrived 1.15hours later and i was late to my appointment at the consulate. Thankfully they were cool and let me in. Don't trust greyhound if you need to be somewhere on time.
