Twenty Twenty Salon & Spa

Brought my 11 soon to be 12 year old daughter here for a cut and color for a early birthday gift. First she wanted black hair but the lady convinced her that wasn't the color to go. So my daughter decided to go blonde and we picked out a pretty blonde to do and that was that. I left my daughter there because I had 2 young ones to entertain for 3 ish hours. When I returned to pick up my daughter she had very ash Grey hair and patches of dark. Yes the color is pretty, but not on my 12 year old daughter! She looks like an old lady! No phone call to confirm this was happening. Not happy at all. Cancelled my appointment with them for the next day as I asked for 2 colors and the lady looked terrified to do it. My daughter also said during her apt the lady was quite rude/pushy and felt uncomfortable so just went with the flow.never going back.

I had a facial with Tracy today! The service was above and beyond what I had expected, we did a custom eminence facial and some light therapy! Tracy went over all of my problem areas and concerns, not only that but we went over some goals for my skin, she put together a facial that was suited to exactly what I needed and got me on an amazing home care routine. She's knowledgable, friendly, and passionate about her work. I highly recommend her for your facial needs, the products they carry are incredible and the salon itself is stunning!

Big shout out to Steph today, she is a wizard with the scissors. I have such hair anxiety (I mean we're talking like a year between cuts) and she made me feel welcome and comfortable within minutes and gave me a hair cut that made me feel amazing. Hope to see you again before 2024.

I was referred to Tracy from a friend for waxing. This salon is a hidden gem of downtown Red Deer. You leave feeling like you have made a new friend. Highly recommend her services.

I went for a facial with Tracy. It was so amazing and a very relaxing experience. My face and complexion has already shown improvement and it hasnt even been a week. Tracy is so knowledgeable with all the different products and is so very kind. I highly recommend this salon for facials and all your needs. I can't wait to go back for my next one.
