Worst ever experience, if you guys cant manage inventory and cant manage direct orders please stop taking order on the website. I had the same experience in USA and never got the gift i ordered + lost money and its the same again Canada. How are you guys this bad for a company that very futuristic.

I bought two shirts via Under Armour's website (not the bricks and mortar). Items were not as advertised. On trying to return them, the UA-provided return label was so blurred that Canada Post couldn't scan the barcode. (By the way, my printer wasn't the problem - it was the barcode image provided by UA.) Spent too much time with UA help desk trying to get that corrected - they couldn't. Totally incompetent. Eventually I Photoshopped out the blurring on the barcode myself to make the code scannable.

I ordered 3 items that they charged on my credit card, and they only delivered one item. Have been trying since November to get my refund, over $100, and they owe me! Disgusted with this company. Will never order or buy from this company again.

Will never buy UnderArmour golf shoes again. Every pair has some issues that you have to call customer service about. Such a waste of time. Don't buy UA golf shoes.

Purchased one of their jacket (80) last November. Wore 10-12 times and zipper broke. Warranty was 30 days. After speaking to them they are sending me a replacement woth $149, that is customer service, Highly recommended

While I have no issues with their actual products - high quality sportswear - so far I'd be very hesitant to order online from UA again. Three weeks after placing an order and it has not arrived. It was sent by FedEx who, for whatever reason, then transferred it to Canada Post (after travelling hundreds of km with it), who have since, apparently, lost it. Canada Post conducted an investigation and can't find it. I, the customer, have been put in the middle of having to chase after and fight it out with all three parties as to who is responsible for what.The last response from UA was that they would send out ANOTHER shipment and I'd receive a new order confirmation by email. I've yet to receive that email. We'll see if anything shows up by courier or mail in the next week or two, or whether I have to return to trying to find out WHERE the order is, and who is responsible for reimbursing me.

I bought a pair of shoes, they were delivered with dirty soles, dirt in the shoes and some type of gum or glue on the tongue. I send them an email about it, no response after a week. I connected to their chat line and they disconnected me while I was preparing photos. I reconnected and they told me I can pay to send the shoe back and get a refund or they would send me a 40% promo code so I can spend more money there.

Ordered a pair of shoes online and received a confirmation email. Five days later rather than receiving an email indicating the item was shipped, I received an email saying the item was out of stock. At least they didn’t charge me for the imaginary shoes. Don’t bother ordering online with Under Armour.

A month later still no refund and no response from UA. They have had my return in their warehouse since December 28, 2020. Now been 40 business days!!!I bought a sweater for a gift at the Vaughan Mills location. We are in lockdown and I cannot return it to the store. They will only give me a store credit which is ridicoulous. I followed their instructions and mailed it back with the tags on and the original receipt. They received it in their warehouse on January 8th and I received and email saying it would be up to 8 days before I would get my refund. I just contacted them and was told it is taking up to 28 business days to process refund!!!!!!!! Completely unacceptable. I should get a credit on my credit card not have to wait almost 2 months to get an in store credit.. Never shopping here again
