Had a wonderful experience at the La-Z-Boy gallery on W 14th in North Van. Our sales associate, Debra, was extremely helpful without being pushy. She offered us refreshment as we browsed and was promptly available when needed. Left with exactly what we were looking for, and nothing more than we needed. 5 stars.

Bought a couch and a chair on Feb 1. By Feb 28 there was a small tear on the head rest of one section of the couch. Placed a warranty request on Mar 1. La-Z-Boy is still reviewing the claim 3 weeks later. No resolution or explanation of the delay has been provided. This hasn’t been the best experience as our first purchase from La-Z-Boy and probably will be our last. So buy at your own risk, hopefully you don't have to warranty your new sofa or chair.UPDATE: the couch was replaced which was great. However the silver pulls we’re not included on the new couch and I was not allowed to take them from the old one. So waiting on replacement pulls now. Definitely not a seamless process unfortunately.UPDATE 2: the journey has come to a positive end. Customer service from the local warehouse was great. Enjoying having the couch again.

We purchased a recliner on Dec. 27th. Ingrid Ulmer served us patiently and professionally, answering our questions and addressing our concerns. She recommended a delivery person who serviced our out-of-town area, who not only brought the chair, but set it up and tookaway all the packaging. We would definitely go back to Lazy-Boy Furniture in North Vancouver. Great selection, good furniture. lovely people.
