The Downtown Business Center

It is a nice space to rent. Tenants are all quite nice and the building is easy to access. Common kitchen makes it easy to bring your own lunch, and lots of restaurants close by.Parking can be a little tricky at peak times, and I wasn't fond of staying too late as the area can be a little sketchy at night.

Attended a Better Business Bureau mixer here and got a great primer on Google's My Business profile from the folks at Okanagan Media Group. Great space!

Affordable, clean office space in the heart of downtown!! I love this place!!

I love having a clean, modern and central place to work! The commissionaires are also in the building 24/7 so security is great! The Parkade is directly across the street so there is always plenty of parking. Proud to be a part of it :)

Lawrence Avenue - and in particular, the DBC - is becoming the place to be in downtown Kelowna.

We love our offices, the availability of a clean full kitchen, and access to parking, coffee and services. The building is very secure, there is bike storage onsite and the management is great to work with.

The Downtown Business Center provides professional, clean spaces in a great location. The parkade across the street is a plus for my clients.
