Some great staff.......one not so great one. Usually get great service, went in and was helped" by an arrogant staff member who was more into telling us all how great he was at every game then actually selling us anything. We went across the street to the old Future Shop (Now Best Buy) and got helped right away and bought the console and games we were looking for. These reviews were helpful too as I read how they deal with warranty issues on here."

There was one girl here a few months ago that honestly was not very helpful but I generally deal with the same guy every other time and he is awesome. Great customer service and very helpful. He almost always is running the show on his own. Good selection for games and lots of fun themed odds and ends. I always spend more than I intend to here.

Langford GameStop is an ok place, most stuff is marked up considerably or you join there club for reduced pricing. Still overpriced but ? Employees were okSome interesting things to look at. It was my fiirst time being and kinda underwhelming
