Glenn was flexible and worked speedily to get my guitars back to me. One needed a crack repair and a new set up and the other guitar needed the jack tightened and a set up. Both guitars were completed within a week and sound and feel great.

Prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a broken string on a Concert Ukelele late on a Saturday with no replacement strings at home. Glenn came in clutch with an overnight repair. New set of strings, instrument inspection and professional cleaning. The owner of this instrument was very happy with the end result. Thanks again Glenn.

I asked Glenn to do a setup for my beloved vintage Gibson archtop, and what I got in the end was far more than I expected. He took the time to research just the right strings, cared for and inspected the instrument thoroughly, and advised me with the calibre of a true craftsman. Things are sounding better than ever. I brought my 34 year old Ibanez Electric Guitar To have a crack repaired where the neck meets the headstock. Glen did an amazing job fixing it. He also took care of a Floyd Rose issue I was having by reassembling it and adding stronger springs. It sits perfectly level now. This is a real review and I highly recommend Glen for guitar service work. He was also in constant contact with me to make sure everything was to my liking. The guitar was finished before the estimated time. His custom guitars look sweet as well.
