Great gym to train nogi jiu jitsu. Good environment, everyone there is super chill and nice to talk to. You don’t feel any stress when you walk in. The coach is great and there to support you.

I love this gym, I wish it was closer to where I live because I would train there a lot more. A lot of mat space, great teacher and clean environnement. I highly recommend to any grappler.

The level of techniques and instructors is extremely high. Pair this with huge mat space, a high level of cleanliness, and it makes for one of the best gyms in the Montreal area.

The owners genuinely care about the members’ experience and it shows. The instructor is very passionate, the environment is friendly and welcoming, and the place is always kept clean.Very positive experience and I’m happy to have signed up. Highly recommend!
