The lab techs are very friendly. The only time I have seen a lineup is first thing in the am probably due to fasting... Its my favourite place when I need bloodwork done.

I left my place when it said 4 min lineup. I got there and it was 25 min. 45 min I'm still here waiting and it says another 15 min to goIf you want an appointment you have to book 4 days in advance and even then limited spots are availableBecause of this instead of getting blood work every 3 months it will be every 12 months! Thanks life labs and your near monopoly

Very good phlebotomist! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago as I had to get a fasting blood test and did not want to be there into the afternoon. I was in and out quickly.

The lab system need more competition. Terrible attitude of reception this morning. Empty office and a bunch of empty chairs. When you have a monopoly this is the result. Get more efficient or leave. All other locations are booked and long wait times and this one sits empty.

I had an appointment for 2:15pm and i went in with all my paper work and card, and they told me to sit down and never called me back up. i waited 25 minutes and went back up to ask why people that came after me were going first and i was still waiting. and one of the front desk ladies was very rude to multiple people. i waited another ten minutes and walked out because i was tired of waiting when i booked an appointment.

High efficiency, almost no waiting, good service attitude and friendly staff. The correct address is 105-2401G, Millstream rd, and Google Maps does not indicate it in detail.
