Bloomex Montreal Flowers & Gift Baskets

I have ordered from Bloomex several times now and have been pretty satisfied with the service. Everyone who I sent flowers/gifts to have always been happy, even if on occasion an item had to be substituted. I would appreciate a picture from Bloomex though of actual item delivered along with the confirmation of delivery.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY *** NOT A PRESENTABLE GIFT!! ***I ordered 2 chocolate & wine baskets which were not as expected but still acceptable. However my 3rd order was a tropical plant, with 2 mini balloons and a birthday card. It all came in a box, balloons were deflated. You would expect it to be wrapped as a basket with the balloons, not in a box. Called bloomex and they asked for pics which I sent and they never answered!!

My wife gifted these to her step sister and it left her speechless. The flowers are stunning and the quality is exceptional. To top it off, the bunch is huge, all at an unbelievably low price. An ecstatic customer for sure!

Despite being far away, it can be challenging to choose the right product and service. Thankfully, Bloomex has never disappointed me. Their web service is seamless, their products are excellent, and they always deliver on time. I am grateful for their consistent quality and will highly recommend them to others.

I recently ordered flowers for a friend for the first time with Bloomex, and I have to say, I was blown away by the seamless checkout process. The flowers arrived on time and were reported to be stunning by my friend. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future for all my floral needs and highly recommend Bloomex to others seeking a hassle-free, beautiful bouquet delivery experience.

I do not recommend it at all. My first experience was awful. The flowers were not sent and delivered on time for Mother's Day (by bloomers and Purolator), the flowers were very different from what I ordered and were not in good shape. For what it is worth, I'd suggest to encourage local florists, this way you're sure to make the right decision and have quality.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!THEY'RE THIEVES! Not to mention how rude the customer service is. They just hang up on you if you ask for a refund or decent service!They NEVER delivered my package which was a birthday present and they RUINED MY SURPRISE. After FOUR HOURS of arguing, they said they're refunding my money. 10 days later, nothing. I called again, their manager said they can either RESEND the package (10 days after the birthday) OR they can give me gift card. I told them I already had a terrible experience with them and don't wanna deal with them anymore, just give me my money, I've never got anything!Not only they ruined my surprise for my friend, and wasted my time, they lied to me, too.It was a $150 package. I'm a student and every cent matters to me. I work hard for my money. I am filing a court report. They think they can get away with just taking people's money and not giving them the product. This is modern stealing.

I feel that delivering dates are important when you’re ordering flowers. I bought flowers for Mother’s Day, I chose that date as the delivery date when I completed my purchase, and paid delevering fees accordingly to that choice. The flowers were delivered 2 days late. No explanation, no excuses, no discount. When I called customer service, still no excuses, they told me that they sent me an email notifying me of the delay. That is not true, and even if it was the case it is still late and I should have been offered at least a discount. When I order flowers for an event (anniversary, funeral, Valentine’s Day, etc.) it is important for me that the delivery date is respected, obviously it is not important for Bloomex. I won’t buy again from that company.
