Great experience! Excellent communication always responded promptly to texts. Job was done very quickly and quality of work was excellent. Even worked Saturday because of some rain on Friday.

Still not fixed Update: Despite the crated response below, I have not heard from Kim. He has not done the repair he states below that he will do. No action on this for over one year. 9/22I hired Kim to cover a small 12x14 rooftop deck. There was a piece of corner beading that I told him needed to be wrapped but instead he pulled away--without understanding its purpose. My carpenter (very skilled/experienced) was flabbergasted. After several conversations in which he was rude and insulting he agreed to come and repair it, but then ignored my calls. That corner leaked all winter. Seems kind at first but very quick to make negative assumptions and poorly considered decisions.Response to owner. You were rude and dismissive but after several conversations you apologized and said you would repair the area that you messed up, you also said that you would do my other deck for a good price. We only corresponded on Facebook messenger which you now say that you do not use. I do not like making negative reviews but you created a problem that has had bad consequences for me and I need it fixed. If you do what you said you would do, I will take down this review. Otherwise, I have to caution other people about how you have handled this. You know how to reach me.

I live in Saltair and tried several places within 40 miles of here. Outfits did not want to actually drive here and check out my deck. Well, I talked to Kim, he was here the next day ( Monday). The old deck was taken up, disposed of, the new deck was laid perfectly. Tuesday was too wet, but today our glass and rail was installed perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to people who are looking for a superb deck with 15 years warranty at a very competitive price
