The team Spaice did an amazing work in the renovation of our home , the response time for any queries we had was very fast. I wanted to thank the design team at Spaice- Carol (Design team- head) , Julia and the team at Merrett Homes- Peter (Project manager) , Mike for their outstanding work in the renovation.Our basement was wonderfully turned into studio and the shed into a nice office space with heating. Overall, my husband and I are extremely satisfied and grateful with our home renovation project from Spaice. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. This was a 2-month renovation and it was right on schedule. They explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. Carol, our Lead Designer, ensured all our rendering and paperwork was in check and readily available. Tony, our procurement lead, ensured all our items were correct and up to our satisfaction. Eden, our lead contractor, was a master of his craft and was superb in the quality of his workmanship. Lastly, a special shout out to Peter, our Project Manager. The team treated the house as their home and treated us as their friends. We had complete trust with Spaice and their crew, ongoing communication consistently, while we were away. I had a basement upgrade for my dated 1970s looking space. They had to demolish my bar and remove a lot of annoying stucco and create a better looking laundry room and office space. I met with Susan who was so personable and down to earth and helped make decisions based on my budget. Then I worked with Julia who helped me see the vision in a matterport scan . That was my favorite part, since I have challenges when it comes to envisioning a space. Once I saw the idea she had for how my basement would look, I was so excited and ready to start! The project managers were really efficient at telling how much time the project would take and they made sure it took less than the time specified. I was really impressed with the speed in which the construction guys worked. Everything was demolished in one day! Only 2 workers. They were respectful of my home and removed their shoes or placed a blanket to cover as they walked through my living room. It did get very dusty all over the house but it wasWorth it now because my basement has been transformed to a liveable space that I now absolutely Love . Thank you Susan and the whole team . Spaice has an incredible software platform and solutions for kitchen and bathroom renovations. Their systems use AI to rapidly build 3D renderings, 2D drawings, and fully costed outputs.They just received the entrepreneur of the year award through the Markham Board of Trade.
