Julia is amazing! my aussie shepherd loves going to Leash and Lotus Dog spa for her monthly grooming. She comes back looking and smelling so good. I love the report card too!

Myself and my dog Bear love Julia. Leash and Lotus Dog Spa has been in Bear's journey during his rescue and adoption to trusting others more and not being scared of the world. Julia takes so much time and patience making Bear comfortable in every capacity during his visit which is beyond appreciated. She has a customer for life and i cannot recommend her grooming enough.

Communicated through two different channels. Couldn’t book an appt. It’s fine but at least tell me you’re busy or something. Her response was “SoRrY yOu FeEl ThAt WaY”. Clearly she’s unstable.

5 stars for grooming if she answers your call, text or message. 1 star for not answering messages or texts. If there was a problem it would be nice to know so we can work together instead of just ignoring. Hope others have a better experience.
