Je suis passer samedi avec mon copain vraiment la meilleure expérience que j’ai eu !! Magasin très organisé j’ai trouver toute sque je voulais !! Et sans oublier la très très gentille jeune femme à la caisse ! Avec le bras remplis de tatouage qui m’a aider ! on l’adore merci bcp on recommande cette place

J'ai amené mon chat Zorro ce faire couper les griffes chez Chico et ça c'est super bien passé! Mylène a prit son temps avec mon chat qui était très craintif. Merci Mylène de ta gentillesse et de ta patience j'ai vraiment appréciée. On va revenir c'est sûr!

Excellent service après vente. J’ai eu un problème de défectuosité avec un de leur produit acheter il y a 2 mois environs et la gérante a fait tout les démarches nécessaire afin de remplacer mon produit auprès du représentant. Service amical, les employées sont souriante et présent pour nous assister. Je recommande a tous :)

The staff is friendly and they made sure we found what we were looking for.The store is clean and accessible. The aisles had enough distance to have multiple shoppers! They have a wide selection of dog and cat food!The store is clean and doesn't have strange odors!The lighting was good wasn't to bright or dim, and it wasn't noisy so it wasn't over stimulating!

J'ai emmené mon chat pour couper ses griffes (sans avoir à prendre rendez-vous à l'avance), ils lui ont montré tellement d'amour et ont été doux et attentifs à ne pas lui faire mal. Le personnel est super sympathique, très bien informé et gentil.

Didn’t appreciate being followed around by the cashier in store….my spouse and I picked our item that we were buying, we then told the cashier we would look around the store and the cashier literally followed us from aisle to aisle and at one point she was even standing beside us as we were looking at the items on the shelves…my spouse and I feeling uncomfortable just went to the cash to pay for our item and didn’t check out the rest of the store…maybe she was doing it just in case we had any questions but you don’t need to follow the customers around like that…it felt as if she was checking up on us to see if we were going to shoplift or something and it made us feel very uncomfortable and for that reason we will no longer shop at this location.
