have been taking my vehicles to Dawson for years and always have a great experience! Thorough in their review and provide honest feedback to you on what needs to get done. Nice enough to order in a spark plug for my own mower once and when I went to pay he said don't worry about it. Come back when you have some real work to get done. Highly recommend.

I greatly appreciate their work, pricing, & service I get from Dawson's friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable staff. I've taken my older vehicle to them several times over the years, mostly oil changes, and they do a great and thorough job and w/ all the checks. I feel they go the extra mile for their customers and also have safety in mind. My car always feels so good (clean & very nice drive) everytime I get it back! I tried another shop recently, recommendation from someone, for an oil change and I regret not going back to Dawson because the experience was just not the same at all. I really look forward returning to the guys at Dawson!

Have used these guys on several occasions, having spent thousands upon thousands there. So much so that I lose track of my spending on repairs on my 1995 GMC cube truck.Today, I was going over my bills for my truck for its repair history, and low and behold I noticed they performed the same repair twice in 11 months/ 9500 kms.We are talking about my oil cooler lines. On June 2018 and May 2019 they repaired both each time.It cost me $510.00 in 2018 and $612.00 in 2019.We are talking over $1100.00 in less than a year on 2 lousy oil cooler line repairs.Yes, there were no OEM hoses in the market place, so they replaced the lines with rubber hoses instead of the original metal ones. The fittings were not leaking on the first occasion so they were left alone. 10 months later they failed and needed to be replaced.I'm not a mechanic, but I think I would have replaced the fittings at the same time as the hoses during the first repair. It would have made perfect sense, and it would have been a small extra cost(not 612.00 as in the second repair)Now I know where that rubber hose" phrase originated.Overall

As a woman, when I call auto repair shops I get spoken to like I have no idea what I am talking about. Most of the time I don’t, but still ….. whoever I chatted with was respectful and didn’t talk to me like I was a toddler. We just wanted to thank you for such a professionalism and quick repair today! Whoever we met with last night to pass off the key was a gem. And Doug said whoever he dealt with today was genuine and nice as well. We will be back for sure. Best service. Thank you as well for fixing the tailgate.

My Family went to Dawson's service for many years. Now,That I own a car I go here as well. These gentlemen are just great. Every time that I have concerns about something they always find time to get my car in quickly, and they always take the time to explain what is actually going on with the car, since I am not knowledgeable with cars at all. They have done a few rather big jobs on my car over the last year and I would say it has been a great experience to deal with them. Greatly appreciate the work they do, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a garage to have their cars serviced.

Honest mechanics! very refreshing! I take both our vehicles here for service as its around the corner from home. On more than one occasion they had an opportunity to upsell me services that I thought I needed, but didn't. Honesty , integrity and great service is why I'm a customer at Dawson
