I went in here and bought a couple of assorted aquarium plants. First the gentleman working told me the assorted plants were 4 dollars each so I was like okay and picked a bunch of them. I get to the cash and all of the sudden they are 8 dollars each. I was asking questions and was told in accurate information about the plants and what kind they were. I later got my friend to come over and who grows aquarium plants and is very knowledgeable to ID the plants and they are not even aquarium plants so I called them and asked if I could return or exchange them and they said they don't do any returns or exchanges on anything that is living and that there is no garuntee and its not their problem. It's very frustrating. I spent over 30 dollars on essentially house plants that won't survive in or out of water. I would not recommend to buy anything for your aquarium here. They are just out to make money. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Friendly service, like that there open later then some other per stores

They sell dead crickets in packs of 25-100 and you pay full price and only get about 10% live crickets. They also pack their super worms in kitty litter rather than oats now and the worms eat the litter which has chemicals and then your feeding your animals this. They are trying to be cheap and their customer service is horrible. Live crickets should be sold as ordered and put in a bag. There also should never be a max limit. For being the only pet store within 1.5 hours that sells live feed they do a horrible job at high prices! Save your money and go to reptile wrangler and get the 1000 box of crickets for 30$! And get the feed chemical free! Taken care of properly

Usually enjoy this store but I bought red wigglers here for my axolotls 2 weeks ago and now when I sqent a family member to grab them for me they claim they don't sell them? I don't go out much and I know for a fact where I bought these worms, just tell me you stopped selling them but don't lie and say you never did

Friendly staff and a big selection of items throughout this nicely organized store.

Poor employee customer service. Made the hour drive to purchase some mealworms. Was directed by employees from the pet value at the smart centre to head downtown as they have them in stock. Drove the additional distance and was refused sale as they only had 3 containers left…. Confused as my understanding is they’re for sale? Apparently not. Won’t be coming back to this location .

Good store but the crickets when you buy them watch out and check them as I've noticed that half the containers had alot of dead one lkke 50% were dead.

They have a huge selection of dog and cat stuff but very limited selection for other pets. While I understand most people have dogs or cats I feel like they should have more options for other pets like parrots and rabbits

I am/was a regular customer for fish and supply. I bought 2 panda moors at $27 each. I brought them home and put them in a hospital tank. Less tan 24 hours 1 fish had died. I returned to pet value and told that all livestock was final sale

No competition so they charge whtever they like.
