Kudos to Lisa (Richmond Centre) who always demonstrates her professionalism in explaining details of products, patience in listening to customers' queries/complaints, and most importantly willingness to rectify problems.Our visit this past Sunday (Oct 11, 2021) was due to major discrepancies found in monthly statement. We called the hotline and the representative encouraged us to visit the store in person. When we arrived the store on Sunday afternoon, the staff at the entrance told us to call the hotline. We told him that we were asked to come in person. He insisted that the store did not deal with billing. When we asked who/where should we approach, he looked helpless and let us wait in line!Well, won't describe the details here of what happened in the first 20 minutes. Eventually we were told to line up for Lisa. Lisa was not the person who made the mistake on our bill but her service made us feel at ease. She listened attentively and patiently to our complaints and aptly discussed with her store manager Arlene. Arlene was very helpful and supportive too. Both of them tried hard to fix the problems.Eventually, Lisa made necessary adjustment which was up to our satisfaction. We were grateful for her excellent service and willingness to help. Lisa is certainly a valuable employee.Afraid that customer service provided by this store is rather inconsistent (most carry poker faces and were impatient - conversations overheard while we were waiting). Periodic trainings to staff are therefore recommended. Thank you!

The customer service at this store is the worst ever. I would give ZERO out of five if i'd offered that option. The lady sales representative failed to renew the service I selected, and they messed up the billings by charging me a much higher rate than agreed in the contract. When i went back to the store with the incorrect billing statement, the sales representative refused to explain and provide any satisfactory solution. DO NOT GO THERE.

I want thank David at the Shaw Richmond centre so much! My partner and I came in needing wifi set up for our new place and he got us hooked up immediately!! All we did was go home and plug the router in! We were dealing with another provider previously who had me on the phone for hours just wanting to set up wifi. Thank you so much again David you made our week!

I was at Shaw store in Richmond Centre during the pandemic and was a weekday as I was in the neighborhood. Wait for a customer service agent was about 10-15 minutes. They have circles on the ground for physical distancing; however, I don’t see any hand sanitizers available. I would have given them another star for hand sanitizer. Anyway, the service was good and the agent was able to assist me with what I wanted. There were 3 staff helping 3 other customers so I had to wait. Another staff was by the entrance to the store greeting customers.

My husband and I were at the Shaw Communication store in Richmond CentreMall on Sept 6, 2021 and were assisted by a very helpful employee named Lisa. She did an outstanding job helping us resolve a difficult Shaw e-mail problem with our new phones. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient and did a great job in solving our problem. Lisa was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend her to others.

Absolutely terrible experience. Left Roger's to go to Shaw, porting my number was an outright nightmare which involved visiting Shaw three times and Roger's three times.Despite having the correct account number Shaw wasn't accepting it as an account number because my account with Rogers was prepaid. Then numerous calls to Shaw ensued despite checking the account number numerous times.The simple solution was my IMEI number could be used instead, or my phone could have been scanned.Some extra training would be great, but judging by the rudeness of the owner I doubt he's spent a single cent on that.Best solution, go to another Shaw outlet, that way you won't have the terrible experience of poorly trained their staff.The owner wipes his hands of all responsibility once you leave the store.

Went to this location in Richmond Centre to inquire about Shaw Mobile and did not have a pleasant experience at all. The customer service felt unfriendly and impatient from the moment I entered, it seemed like they were annoyed with me for asking a few simple questions. I walked in with the intent of changing my phone carrier to Shaw but I left after seeing how they treat potential customers. This experienced left a bad taste and made me reconsider switching to Shaw.After a week of deliberation, I ended up going to the Landsdowne Mall location to give it another try and was met with great service there. I would recommend going there instead, it's also in Richmond (just a few blocks away) but the customer service is miles better than here.

We were getting kicked out of service maybe 4 times a day, this so called technician came and his genius fix was, oooh just move the modem from downstairs to upstairs..... internet still slow and still getting kicked out... seriously a 5 year old could have thought of that, is there anyone who is an actual technician there?? Or just a bunch of plugs over there?

We went in one day and were helped fine by a nice man but weren’t able to complete what we needed. The next day we went in and a lady at the front said only one person could come in (my husband and I were both needing Shaw Mobile) and when we explained we were both in yesterday she didn’t care and there was hardly anyone in the store. I’m fine with COVID protocols but at least be consistent. Anyway, I went in and they couldn’t help me with what I needed. I called earlier on the phone and they said they could help me, then I came in and they could not. MUST have credit check to get a plan and there are no prepaid plans. Waste of a trip! Went to Virgin Mobile instead! Great service there.

Wouldn’t let me put deposit on iPhone 14 when another person reserved one… with a $100 deposit… won’t let me do over phone. Claimed they did in person.. bs.
