Blue Flame

A couple weeks back we had a Trane Furnace and AC unit installed. I am a do it yourselfer, its rare for me to hire someone to work in our house. Phil and Eric were fantasic. The work they did was OVER and above what was contracted. It was a tough install in a limited space...so while there was only room for one to work...they decided to clean and service our gas fireplace! They also made a modification to our condensate system that allowed me to eliminated 30 feet of 1 pipe thats always been in my way. I didnt ask

Had our gas fireplace inspected and cleaned. Did excellent job, arrived when expected andexplained what they did and suggestions for proper operation. Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Well done.

Max came out to service our gas fireplace which had a high pitched whine. He checked everything out, cleaned everything and the whine is much quieter. He managed our future expectations by saying that the fans used in these fireplaces are notorious for becoming noisy again. Would definitely use this service again.

What can I say about Adam of Blue Flame; he was a breath of fresh air (No pun intended :-). I have been trying to get my Heat pump serviced since mid July. The first firm I contacted via email never responded. A week later I left a voice mail and they did not respond to that. About 1 or 2 weeks later (after I posted my review) I did eventually hear from the owner but it was too little - too late.The next firm answered their phone, told me they could not come out for over a month and, given the expected repair, it would cost at least over $500.I then contacted Blue Flame. They answered the phone and they could come within three weeks!!!They re-confirmed my appointment on the day before. Adam showed up right on time. He explained possible causes and answered all my questions. He reset my fan speed and checked and topped up the coolant . The final bill was under $200 and now the system is running fine.I was so pleased I also asked them to prepare a quote on a new Trane heatpump system as my current one is 26+ years old and will not last forever.Kudos to you Blue Flame!

The office was quick to respond and the guys that came on site were professional and friendly. Very happy with the product knowledge and installation.

In the spring of 2021, my husband and I purchased a fireplace from Blue Flame. Some renovations were required in order to meet code requirements. Blue Flame worked closely with us andour contractor, in terms of dates, times, and availability of products and personnel. We were and are extremely pleased with the end result.Blue Flame office staff was very helpful in assisting us with choosing the right product for our home, setting up appointments for installation and subsequent service.
