I used the Online Ordering. Service is fast. Delivery 3 or 4 Days. The items were as described. Bed IS solid and strong. (not great for Self Assembly, when Handicapped) Mattress is fine. But! Too thin for ANY Side Sleepers! I fit the Fable of Princess and the Pea, so this combo, makes me hurt. (My old foam mattress was double this thickness) **would i recommend? Absolutely! Great Value and i do not see this frame collapsing!

The service was so helpful! Steve created an invoice to save us more when I had difficulties online. Great prices, happy to shop local and looking forward to seeing the quality of items!Update: service prior to the purchase was excellent. Delivery was shoddy with two pillows left open and dirty corners. The drivers were unwilling to rectify and suggested washing it, and the company was not communicative about replacing it, and making it right. We gave up and did wash it. Too bad because the front end service men were impressive.
